Master the World Wine Tasting: The New World - Northern Hemisphere - Kit Two

Northern California to the Central Coast with Professor Bob Bath

This kit provides tasters with a journey from Northern California to the Central Coast of California, exploring robust wines of exciting provenance and great depth of flavor. No tasting of California pinot noirs would be complete without wines from the celebrated AVAs of the Sonoma Coast, the Anderson Valley, and the Central Coast. The second half of the tasting explores zinfandel and the fondly dubbed "Rhone Rangers" of California. These reds are gorgeous in color and hue, bold and full of flavor on the palate, and linger for length.

Please note that this course is only available for purchasers of the accompanying tasting kit.
