Master the World Wine Tasting: The New World - Northern Hemisphere - Kit Four

Washington, New York, Canada, Mexico with Professor Bob Bath

This kit provides a continuation of exciting wines from the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on Washington. Washington thrives with many grape varieties, but the rieslings and Bordeaux varietals lead the way. Walla Walla is a thrilling appellation for syrah. This kit also includes a selection from New York State – the second largest wine producing state in the nation. The rieslings from the Finger Lakes appellation are quickly becoming recognized as some of the great examples of cool climate terroir in the USA. Finally, we taste a wine from each of our neighbors – Canada and Mexico.

Please note that this course is only available for purchasers of the accompanying tasting kit.
